Pack securely with tags on. You must ship the item back within 10 days of approval. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Return shipping is your responsibilityWe cover outbound shipping to you. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
10-day ship deadline after approvalOnce your return is approved, you have 10 days to ship the item back to us. Returns shipped after this window will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Do I need the original packaging?
Yes. Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached. Items returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Can I return a sale item?
Regular sale items may be returned within the 30-day window under the same conditions. Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.
